A roller head arrives with bent needles when the carton lets it shift. Custom derma roller boxes fix that. They are printed folding cartons cut from 14pt to 24pt SBS paperboard, scored to hold the handle and suspend the needle head above a paperboard or PET well so nothing touches the tips.
Tuck ends or seal ends close them, and a hang tab or window patch handles retail display. Skincare brands, private-label sellers, and med spa suppliers order them most. They are the wrong call if your roller ships loose in a poly mailer without a blister.

Custom derma roller boxes protect the needle head first. A well that suspends the roller off the board keeps the tips clear of anything that could bend them in transit. The 18pt SBS caliper holds a crisp edge through repeated shelf handling and will not bow when a hang tab carries the full weight of the roller. Soft-touch lamination hides fingerprints on dark artwork. Board caliper drives most of this, and the paperboard thickness guide covers where 14pt stops working.

Six structures cover nearly every derma roller order: straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, seal end, auto-lock bottom, sleeve over a rigid tray, and hang-tab card. Single rollers run reverse tuck. Four-piece kits need auto-lock bottom so the base holds the weight.
Send your handle length, head diameter, and whether the blister rides inside or outside the carton, and we cut the die line to match.
We match Pantone Solid Coated within Delta E 2. Offset lithography runs at 175 LPI in CMYK plus two spot colors, HP Indigo digital covers runs under 500, and screen printing handles solid metallic panels.
Foil and spot UV sit on the front panel or top tuck. A foil logo stays readable from six feet.
Windows take a 0.010″ PET patch. Inserts come as folded paperboard wells, blister-retaining trays, or die-cut EVA foam cut to your handle length.

Our structural team has drawn die lines for cosmetics brands for over a decade, so we flag a well that will not hold a roller head before plates cut. In-house designers rebuild low-resolution artwork at no charge.
Wholesale tiers start at 100 units on 16pt or heavier SBS, so a new label can test three SKUs without warehousing stock. Orbix Packaging runs a press-side color check and assigns one contact who answers the same day.
100-unit minimums and a free physical sample let you test the well fit before committing to a full run.
Custom derma roller boxes run on 14pt to 24pt SBS paperboard, start at 100 units, and ship 8 to 10 business days after proof approval. Orbix Packaging quotes from the table below, and every line reflects what actually runs on a folding carton press. Board stock carries FSC Chain of Custody certification, and each die line leaves back-panel room for the needle length, lot code, and device labeling FDA expects on microneedling products under 21 CFR 801.

Need a size that is not on this list? Send your handle length, head diameter, and whether the blister rides inside or outside the carton, and we cut the die line to match.
Fit first. The insert should suspend the head so needles touch nothing. After that, legible brand name, visible needle length, and back-panel room for warnings.
Needle length and count on the front panel, needle material, usage warnings, lot number, expiry date, and a tamper-evident seal or shrink band.
Stock boxes force your roller into a generic footprint. A custom die line holds the exact handle length and head diameter, which stops rattle and protects the tips.
Keep the reveal clean. A rigid lid, a fitted tray, and a printed instruction card give buyers something to photograph. Loose tissue and rattling parts read cheap.
Yes. Sleeve-and-tray sets and rigid two-piece boxes handle gifting well. Add magnetic closure, foil stamping, or a slot for a serum vial beside the roller.
The sterile barrier is the sealed blister, not the printed carton. Keep the blister intact inside the box and print the sterilization method and expiry outside.
Medical grade means a cleared device with documented needle material, sterilization, and single-user labeling. Regular rollers skip that paperwork. Your carton should state which one you sell.
Check the carton first. Counterfeits skip lot numbers, misspell ingredients, print blurry logos at low resolution, and arrive in boxes that do not match the listing photos.
Return it to its case after cleaning and let it dry fully. A vented plastic case or a fitted paperboard well keeps the needles off any surface.
Count matters less than needle quality and depth. For packaging, head diameter changes with count, so send the exact head width before we cut the well.
