Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product and material, but most custom packaging orders start around 500 units. Smaller businesses or first-time orders can sometimes get lower minimums depending on the box type. If you're testing a new product and need a smaller trial run, simply contact us and we'll recommend the best option.
How can I measure the packaging size?
Measure your product, not the box you think you need.

Length = Longest side
Width = Side next to the length
Depth = Height or thickness

Add approximately 2–3 mm of extra space on each side so the product fits comfortably.

Not sure? Tell us what you're packaging (for example, "a candle jar, 3 inches tall") and we'll calculate the correct box dimensions for you.
What is the turnaround time on my order?
Standard production takes approximately 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Shipping usually requires an additional 3–5 business days (depending on destination).

Need your packaging sooner? Mention your deadline in the Additional Information field and we'll check if rush production is available.
What should I select in the unit section?
Choose either Inches (in) or Centimeters (cm), depending on how you measured your product.

Most local customers use inches, while many international or bulk orders use centimeters. Just make sure you use the same unit for Length, Width, and Depth.
What kind of stock would be best for my packaging?
The stock determines how strong and premium your packaging feels.

12–14pt Stock – Lightweight and foldable. Ideal for cosmetics, soaps, and lightweight retail products.

18–24pt Stock or Corrugated Material – Strong, rigid, and shipping-friendly. Recommended for electronics, food packaging, subscription boxes, and heavier products.

Not sure which stock is right? Mention your product details in the quote form and we'll recommend the most suitable material.
